Lexianghai (1971 -), pen name Dale. Born in Xixian, Henan Province. Doctor. Cartoon creation began in 1990, and in 1999, Mr. Li Shinan specialized in freehand figure painting. He is now a full-time painter, member of the Art Committee, researcher, director of the Ministry of Art, secretary-general of the Traditional Chinese Painting Research Center of the Beijing Academy of Painting.
