Born in Jilin city, Jilin province, graduated from Art Dept. of Northeast Normal University as bachelor, then graduated from Chinese art Dept. of CAFA as master. Mr.Wu was the vise director of art dept. of People's Liberation Army Institute of Arts. Currently Mr.Wu is the vise President of Beijing Fine Art Academy, council member of China Artists Association，he also rewarded the special bounty by the state council.
