Chen Fubin（福彬） was born in Ningde, Fujian Province, in 1982. Also known as Fubin（复彬）, he is a full-time painter at Beijing Fine Art Academy. Holding a Ph.D. in Chinese Painting, he is a member of China Artists Association. He graduated from China Academy of Art and College of Fine Arts, Shanghai University. His works have been included in the 11th, 12th, and 13th National Fine Arts Exhibition. He won the Bronze Award for Chinese Painting at the 12th National Fine Arts Exhibition.
