Mr. Qiu Zhengzhong is the President of Lanting Calligraphy Art Academy of Shaoxing University, Professor of CAFA, Director of Calligraphy and Painting Comparing Study Center, vice Director of Pan Tianshou Research Association, member of Calligraphy Committee of NAMOC, focused his study on Calligraphy theory and creation, the president of Pan Tianshou Association, the committee of NAMOC calligraphy’ association,

Mr.Qiu is a calligrapher and a theorist who studied traditional calligraphy and also explored modern calligraphy had made exhibitions at NAMOC, Geneva, Nara, Los Angeles. Mr. Qiu had written more than 17 books like Calligraphy’s Form and Explanation, Calligraphy and Appreciation, Chinese Calligraphy: 167 kinds of exercises, Pleasant Calligraphy, Calligraphy etc. Mr. Qiu has his personal understanding of Chinese calligraphy according his years of calligraphy practice and study of calligraphy theory study, his speech will guide us a way in our learning of calligraphy.
