Essence of Ink and Color The Itinerant Exhibition of Wang Jiping will meet audience at the Art Museum of Beijing Fine Art Academy

        The itinerant exhibition Essence of Ink and Color, which is sponsored by Art Communication Dept. of Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Art Museum of Beijing Fine Art Academy, He Bei Province Artists Association, will arrive at Art Museum of Beijing Fine Art Academy at 24th Jun 2011 and will last to 28th Jun. About seventy paintings included in the exhibition.

         After the artist’s solo exhibition in 2008, Mr.Wang Jiping(王继平) continued his art career，with unique forms ,artist’s thoughts and feelings, and vivid national character, these paintings come from artist’s daily life and laborious work. Different from the artist’s former paintings, he absorbed a lot from folk art and expanded the bird-and-flower painting’s language in his new art works, which bring the audience deep impression and new art experiences. From Shi Jiazhuang (石家庄)，Shenzhen(深圳), Baoding(保定)，Tangshan(唐山)，Chengde(承德)，Tianjin(天津), now the exhibition arrived at Beijing, and its next station is Qin Huangdao(秦皇岛).

          Wang Jiping，born in Huolu Hebei Province (河北获鹿), graduated as master from Chinese painting dept. He Bei Normal University (河北师范大学), he had studied in Wang Wenfang’s (王文芳) studio and currently he is a mumber of China Artists Association, researcher of Art Communication Dept. of Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, vice president of He Bei Province Artists Association, president and professor of Agriculture University of Hebei’s Art Dept.
