The exhibition included about eighty free hand style paintings from Mr.Wang, these paintings created in different periods of the artist which will bring us a clue of his art development.

        Mr.Wang learned paintings with this father Wang Zhujiu (王铸九) since his childhood, entered Beijing in 1961 Mr.Wang studied with Wang Xuetao (王雪涛), therefore the exhibition is not only for the commemorating of artist’s father and his teacher and also the artist’s 70th anniversary and his conclusion of 50 years in Beijing Fine Art Academy. Mr.Wang’s paintings inherite his father’s free hand spirit and Wang Xuetao’s techniques, also add his personal innovations.

        Wang Peidong not only emphasize on the painting practices, but also made a lot study on art theory, he holds the view that: free hand painting is man made word, man made spirit-nature, all of these paintings are arranged by artist, however the creation is not unreasonable. This is where our sprite relays on.

        Mr.Wang was the vice President of Chinese Bird and Flower Painting Study Association, vice Director of Qi Baishi’s Art Study, Member of Beijing Fine Art Academy’s Art Committee, director of Creation Studio, currently he is member of Chinese Artists Association, professional artist of Beijing Fine Art Academy, national first grade artist.

       The exhibition is hosted by Chinese Friendship Association with Foreign Countries, Chinese Artists Association, Beijing Fine Art Academy, Chinese traditional Painting’s Association.
