Speak about Liu Yong, what most familiar by people are the literary works written by him. Nowadays, Liu Yong will show his painting works to people in mainland of China for the first time. What surprise will Liu Yong bring to audiences?

       From May 14 to May 26, “Liu Yong Art Exhibition” which hosted by China Art Research Institute Fine Arts Institute and Art Museum of Beijing Fine Art Academy, co-organized by Beijing Yu Bao Sheng Shi Culture Developing Limited Company, Shui Yun Zhai Studio, Artron.net, Wendy’s Chinese Art Inc. and Xi Zhi Tang will open in Art Museum of Beijing Fine Art Academy, this exhibition is planed by Jia Fangzhou, and Li Xiangming as the executive planer. Nearly 60 painting works of Liu Yong will be exhibited in the exhibition.

       Although this is the first exhibition of Liu Yong in mainland of China, the fame of him has spread to mainland many years ago. He has came to mainland to make lectures, paint from nature, sign and sale books written by himself, and built 40 Hope Primary Schools with his payment for his articles and books. He is a painter, writer, TV anchor, journalist, orator, educator, philanthropist at the same time, so that his artistic talents as a painter was been covered. In the area of painting, Liu Yong also shows his “multiple identities”, he paints about figures, landscapes, customs, flowers and birds, and this exhibition will let audiences feel the identity and artistic attainments of Liu Yong as a professional painter directly.
