From 2009, Beijing Fine Art Academy launched several works to help minority national artists, in order to push the development of art career and the communication of excellent cultures between different nationalities, organizes the academic power to host “Artists of Minority Nationality Inhabited Areas Invitation Exhibition”. As the series exhibition program of Beijing Fine Art Academy, we try to build academic and display platform for artists in minority nationality areas in capital Beijing by organizing exhibitions and holding academic symposium, let common audiences appreciate excellent art works in the remote area of motherland, and have a look at the mysterious Tibet plateau culture.

“The Beauty of Snowy Plateau——Ji Mei Chilie, Ci Ren Wangjia, Ping Cuo Duo Bujie Joint Exhibition” is the forth exhibition of the series exhibition. This exhibition is co-hosted by Chinese Artists Association Arts Council, the Tibet autonomous region Federation of literary and Art Circles, Beijing Artists Association, Tibet Artists Association, Beijing Fine Art Academy, Tibet Academy of painting and calligraphy, Li Keran Art Foundation, and will open on April 3, 2015 in Art Museum of Beijing Fine Art Academy. As a joint exhibition of three Tibetan artists, this exhibition displays 70 fabric colors and tangka works of artists created in recent years. These works are artistic reflection of the feelings of their life experience, and full with brave national temperament and spirit, provide capital audiences with unique artistic feeling.

Ji Mei Chilie is born in Tibet Lhasa in 1985, he is a diligent and attentive painter. He insists on that art is come from life, and always focus on describing the ideas and realistic lives of Tibet people. From the Highland Barley which created in 1980 and collected in National Art Museum of China to Shepherdess Series, Tibet Women Series which created later, we can see the love of life from the works. His paintings own the decorative beauty and prominent national characteristics, give people the enjoyment of beauty from the creation form to the meanings. The other two artists are both tangka painters. Ci Ren Wangjia was a farmer once, he did farm works in daytime and painted in the night. Because of the love of art and the insistence, he owns great perception ability and realistic ability, performed outstandingly in the hundreds thangka innovation project of the autonomous region, and leads a team of more than 40 people to found the Sa Jia paintings school. Ping Cuo Duo Bujie is born in Zi Dong——a lot of talented persons are from there. He owns excellent basic skills and has few words in daily life. The color and the background of tangka are painted very harmonious, and also has distinctive personal styles at the same time.

These three Tibet artists show a mysterious and harmonious realm which links historical and contemporary culture perfectly by their rich imagination and superb painting skills.
