        The married couple Ji Qingyuan and Lu Ping are both National 1st class artists of fine art who took office in Beijing Fine Art Academy, and a pare of middle-aged capable artists in contemporary Chinese art field. For many years they have been creating ink painting of human figures with great concentration, their works have entered National Fine Arts Exhibitions and many overseas exhibitions on many occasions, and won various awards.

 

        Ji Qingyuan and Lu Ping are in the prime of their lives; both of them have profound artistic cultivation and firm basic skills, with lively artistic thoughts and wide range of painting themes. They have never conservative of their obtained achievements. To use their own words, the another aim of hold the exhibition is to examine and maintain themselves in order to believe they have the ability to make their art attain a yet higher goal, to be more splendid.
