Wang Guanjun, born in 1976 in Wangkui county, Heilongjiang province, graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2006. He currently serves as the vice president of Beijing Fine Arts Academy, a council member and a member of the Chinese Painting Art Committee at China Artists Association, vice president of China Hue Art Association, and deputy director of the Chinese Painting Art Committee at Beijing Artists Association. Additionally, he is a national first-class artist, an evaluation expert for the Beijing Fine Art Professional Title Appraisal Committee, and a member of the 11th  Youth Federation. He is also one of the “Four Batches” of talents in Beijing.
