Some important art masters like Cheng Shizeng, Jin Cheng, Chen Banding, Hu Peiheng are gradually forgotten, artists like Guo Huifeng, Shao Yixuan, Qing Zhongwen are almost forgotten, audience can hardly find their materials. Of course, in recent years, some scholars began to make research and collection, and get some achievements. But in total, the research about Beijing Painting isn’t in system, some research are made only because personal interest. In general, Beijing painting hasn’t get enough interest in academic circle, in the research frame of China art history, Beijing Painting is still not occupied.
