born in Shanxi in 1960, graduated from the fine arts department of the Central Nationalities Institute in 1988. In 1997, he graduated from the ninth oil painting training class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and finished his studies in the first oil painting senior class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2003. His works were published in < Chinese Oil Painting >, < Artist >, < Gallery >, < Art Watch >, < Art > and other periodicals. He had also published < Contemporary Chinese Oil Painter, Bai Yuping >, < Assessment of Chinese Modern Art Books in the 21st Century Version-Bai Yuping >, < Twenty in Chinese Oil Painting- Bai Yuping >and other albums. Now he is the member of Chinese Artists Association, the director of China Oil Painting Association, the first-class artist of Beijing Fine Art Academy.
