born in chengdu of sichuan province in 1958, graduated from Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1982 and then teached there. His works were selected for many domestic and foreign large-scale exhibitions and won prizes frequently. He had successively hosted the “Exhibition for Couple of JiQingYuan and Luping" in Taiwan, Singapore, Sydney and Beijing, which had sepecially reported by " People's Daily”, “Chinese Talent”, CCTV, Beijing station and the newspapers and media of Taiwan, Sydney and Singapore. He had published “Luping Paintings ", "Chinese Famous Works Collection - Luping Album”. Currently he is the member of Chinese Artists Association, the first-class artist of Beijing Fine Art Academy, the director of the Revolutionary Committee, the member of Beijing CPPCC Standing Committee, the director of China Zhongshan Cultural Exchange Association, the member of Beijing Municipal Women's Federation.
