Hu Qiqing(Late)

Hu Qiqing, Beijinger, graduated in Chinese Language department of Beijing Normal College. She was attracted by fine arts when she was little, fascinated with calligraphy and painting. Influenced by well-known painters Wang Caibai, Yang Zhongzi, Sun Zhongzhao, later apprenticed to Qi Baishi and was instructed and taken seriously. She has focused on painting after China's Foundation. Mr, Baishi passed his painting skills on to her,and her works became nature and innovative, apprenticed to Experienced Professor Mr.Yu Feige. Flower, feather, grass and insects made his free- style paintings magnificent. Gradually formed individual style, specialize in pine tree, chrysanthemum, plum. Her works were showed in former exhibitions, and also awarded prizes frequently. Cooperate with Chen Banding, Yu Feigea and Wang Shensheng on many occasions. In 1980, held personal exhibitions, and also published anthology. She is a member of Chinese Artists Association and Chinese Calligraphers Assocition.
